I offer face to face therapy in East and West Molesey, and central London (Fitzrovia) in calm and comfortable rooms which are designed specifically for counselling and psychotherapy.

I believe humans have a need to seek others for contact and connection.

I see the value in taking a break from the digital world of work and social screen time and connecting with a human being the way we have been doing for millennia.

I also offer online therapy via Zoom or FaceTime. Sometimes working online offers great benefits such as being in a familiar and safe space whilst we work and remaining there when our session ends, giving you time to process the session, rather than walking straight out into the street. Working online can also have a disinhibiting effect which may be of benefit if you find it difficult to open up.

Alternatively I also offer ‘walk and talk’ therapy in the tranquility of the local Royal Parks around the Teddington/Kingston area (Bushy Park, Richmond Park or Holme Park), for those who feel the need for some open space whilst we work.

I work with people struggling with their mental health or significant life events. I have previously worked as a therapist in the prison service and have experience in helping people with addiction. I am interested in trauma, neurodiversity and ADHD, identity struggles and also men’s mental health.
